We work on a pre-order system (unless otherwise indicated in the product description). By placing your order, you are not purchasing a product, but a service for the manufacture of garments according to the specified parameters.
Please pay attention to the choice of parameters: size, colour, design. Be extra careful when taking your own measurements and correlating them with the size chart. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements, incorrect determination of the size, incorrect choice of colour by the customer during order placement.

Our size range is wide enough to suit almost every customer, but with the custom size option, we will make an item for any size and shape. We want each of our customers to be satisfied with their garment! If you choose the “custom size” option, indicate in the comments to the order your current measurements (without sewing allowances, since such allowances are calculated for each garment by our seamstresses separately): bust circumference, waist circumference and height, all in centimetres. For garments requiring additional specifications, additional measurements may be required (for example, bicep circumference or wrist circumference). We manufacture garments in the order in which they were ordered. At the same time, regular releases have an advantage in manufacturing over individual orders.
The average time of order manufacturing after the pre-order is closed is 4-6 months. We do our best to shorten the amount of time production takes. However, unfortunately, there are many factors that we don’t control (for example, the delivery time of fabrics from abroad, the speed of transferring a print to the fabric in a printing house, possible sick leaves of seamstresses, technical problems). And due to the fact that we are all currently living through a hard political situation, the periodic lockdowns, slowdown of logistics processes and many more related problems leave an imprint on the speed of small businesses and handmade production. We try to notify customers if there are any changes in production deadlines. But, unfortunately, we are not able to update every client about all intermediate stages of their order. If you want to know the progress of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us in any convenient way. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience!
If there is a specific date by which you would like to receive your order, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to take this into account, to make the order ahead of time/in different order, if possible, but we can not guarantee that it will definitely be possible.
